Mission Statement

In our quest for excellence, the Silver Shores Elementary community is committed to providing all students with the skills necessary to become life-long learners and responsible citizens in a multi-cultural society.

School Improvement Goals

1. By June 2009, 89% of students in grades
3 – 5 will score at level 3 or above on the FCAT Reading SSS.

2. By June 2009, 86% of the students in grades 3 –5 will score at level 3 or above on the FCAT Mathematics SSS.

3. By June 2009, 89% of fourth grade students will score at or above 4.0 on the FCAT Writes.

4. By June 2009, 55% of fifth grade students will score     at level 3 or above on the FCAT Science SSS.
